The Growth Blueprint process is a carefully constructed process to help you gain clarity about your current status as it relates to your future goals. It's a process of setting up the technology, collateral, systems, and processes to help you and your team become a lean, mean machine that delivers an excellent experience for everyone involved - lead, patients, team members, and YOU the clinic owner.

The process starts by doing a deep-dive assessment of your clinic's Value Engines so we can then create a customized roadmap to get you results and give you a vehicle to take you there.

We then get to work setting up the technology and assets that will make up your Value Engines. While we do the bulk of this work, you'll still have work to do to help us customize the system, marketing collateral, scripts, and processes for your clinic.

While this initial setup work is happening, we'll be in the background optimizing your website, online profiles (GBP, social media, etc.) so your clinic is primed to maximize visibility and convert attention into revenue. We'll also begin training you and your team on how to best utilize these new systems and processes so once we hit the "Go" button, you're all ready to take intentional, focused action.

Once the technology is setup and the initial collateral is ready (lead magnet funnel(s), email campaign(s), offer funnel(s), etc.), we launch the initial 'Rapid Results" campaigns as well as a paid ad campaign so you get a quick influx of revenue to help jumpstart the process. The specific campaigns will depend on your clinic, your database, and where the biggest opportunities are, which we'll determine during the initial assessment.

During this "Launch Phase", we'll be working with you to monitor results, make sure the system and processes are producing results, and hold your team accountable based on their responsibilities. If needed, we'll even help supplement your team's efforts to ensure you're maximizing every single eyeball, interaction, or conversation with a lead or potential patient.

Once the initial plan has been set in motion and the system is working, we'll continue working with you and your team to monitor results, identify gaps that need to be addressed, helping you learn how to monitor the data and take appropriate actions, and coaching you on how to use your new system to continue creating predictable, scalable growth without becoming overwhelmed.

This Growth Blueprint process takes at least 90 days, but our goal is to create tangible results within the first 30 days.

After the initial 90 days, if you'd like to continue having us help, coach, or mentor you and your team, we do offer on-going services to continue helping you grow and scale your clinic to well past the $1MM/yr mark.

Plus, not only will we migrate ALL of your campaigns, content, and process over from your existing system (Keap, Hubspot, MailChimp, Active Campaign, etc.), we'll even pro-rate the on-going subscription cost for ForceCRM for a period of time to help compensate you for all the time, money, and effort you've already invested into building out your current CRM.
